Good to know

Do I need to download anything?

No. Closer runs in your phone's browser. To keep it handy, open it in Safari and tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, or in Chrome tap Install app.

Does my customer need Closer?

No. They get a link by text, see your estimate on their phone, type their name and tap Approve or Decline. That's it.

Do I need an account?

You can try Closer without one. Create a free account to back up your estimates, use more than one device, and send approval links.

What happens after 5 estimates?

On the free plan you can still view, edit and follow up on everything. New estimates open up again on the 1st, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited.

Can I cancel Pro?

Yes, any time, right from the app. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. No contract.

How does tax work?

Set your tax rate once, then mark each line as taxable or not. Many states tax materials but not labor, so check your local rules.
